My mother Mary was single mother and we also grew up outside of town. We had some pear, fig, and plum trees next to our house. My mother was a natural care giver. She took care of some sick people and both young and old and kept my sisters children during the summer break form school.
My father was a bachelor who lived on a farm and farmed all of his life. he had horses, cattle, pigs, chickens, and sold milk for the diary market.
