Hi Angelika,
Your blog is one that I can agree upon.  I am strong about ethics and agree that we shall respect and honor the rights, knowledge, and skills, special contributions to children, families, and the early childhood special education.  And honor the multicultural view of colleagues or co-workers, and support new administrators in early childhood education by proving mentoring services based on ethics and evidence.
And it is a good idea to demonstrate high standards of personal integrity, sincerity, and honesty in all our professional activities.  To gain the trust and confidence of children and their families and those with whom we work. I am big on integrity as well, without it, we cannot build a solid foundation for improvement or change.
